Skyco Construction launches the spacious, elegantly designed apartments each maximising the advantage of natural daylight whilst preserving maximum privacy. Each element has been carefully designed to provide open, bright and airy homes.

 

Regents Hall is a residential development of 65 apartments. The scheme has been arranged in four blocks consisting of between 15 and 18 units in each block. Two blocks are constructed over an underground car park comprising 25,000 square feet.

This brochure was designed to promote the development and its surrounding leafy suburban area, highlighting local amenities and focussing on the spacious apartments and their detailed finishings.
